产教融合背景下行业学院应用型课程建设 被引量:6

摘要 行业学院的出现是地方本科院校在转型过程中对国家产教融合政策的积极响应。行业学院对应用型课程建设的推进作用主要体现在创新课程体系设置,促进“双师型”教师培养及推进实践教学条件改善。行业学院推进应用型课程建设需要重点解决课程内容设置、师资团队打造、专业实践资源完善等问题。针对应用型课程建设存在的问题,积极发挥行业学院作用,校行双方共同制定人才培养方案,优化课程体系设置,积极打造校企融合“双师型”教学团队,共建产学研基地,提升实践教学条件,切实提升行业学院应用型课程建设水平,保证专业人才培养质量。 The occurrence of industry colleges is the active response of local undergraduate colleges to the national policy of integration of production and education in the process of their transformation.The positive effect of applied curriculum to the construction of industry colleges is mainly embodied in the innovative curriculum system setting,the training of"double⁃qualified teachers"and the improvement of practical teaching conditions.To promote applied curriculum construction,industry colleges need to focus on solving the problems of curriculum content setting,faculty team building and improving professional practice resources.According to the problems existing in the construction of applied curriculum,the college and industry should both play active roles in industry colleges,jointly plan talent training programs,optimize curriculum system settings,achieve the school⁃enterprise integration of double⁃qualified teachers faculty team,build a joint production and research base,and improve practical teaching conditions to effectively upgrade the level of applied curriculum construction in industry colleges and ensure the quality of professional personnel training.
