燃煤电厂脱硫循环浆液pH调控技术的节能效益分析 被引量:4

摘要 石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺被广泛应用于燃煤发电厂大气污染治理烟气脱硫技术领域,而采用增加浆液循环量或在吸收塔内增设传质部件等方法可实现对原有脱硫设施不同程度的增效改造以满足更低的排放指标,但由此导致脱硫系统吸收塔阻力增加,从而明显增加燃煤机组引风机电耗、浆液循环泵电耗以及厂用电率,因而循环浆液pH调控对湿法烟气脱硫过程的影响重大。介绍了改造前后吸收塔配置及pH控制的技术原理,分析浆液pH调控对出口SO2浓度、粉尘浓度及对脱硫副产物的影响,并对pH调控系统投运后的运行费用及经济效益进行分析。采用湿法脱硫循环浆液pH调控技术,在满足超低排放指标情况下通过调节喷淋层循环浆液的pH值,可达到在相同二氧化硫脱除率情况下大幅降低浆液循环量,从而降低机组引风机和浆液循环泵的电耗。与现有技术相比较,pH调控系统投运后一般可降低脱硫系统总电耗的1/6至1/4,从而明显降低燃煤发电机组的厂用电率,具有较好的经济效益及推广应用价值。 The limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process is widely used in the technical field of flue gas desulfurization for air pollution control of coal-fired power plants.By increasing the volume of slurry circulation or adding mass transfer components in the absorption tower,the existing desulfurization facilities can be modified to meet lower emission targets.However,this will increase the resistance of the absorption tower of the desulfurization system,which will increase the absorption tower resistance of desulfurization system,thus,the power consumption of the coal-fired unit induced draft fan,the power consumption of the slurry circulation pump and the power consumption rate of the plant will increase significantly.Therefore,the pH adjustment of the circulating slurry has a great influence on the wet flue gas desulfurization process.This essay introduced the absorption tower configuration and the technical principles of pH control before and after the desulfurization system transformation.This essay also analyzed the effects of slurry pH control on outlet SO2 concentration,dust concentration,and desulfurization by-products.The operating costs and economic benefits of the pH control system after operation were analyzed as well.Using wet desulfurization circulating slurry pH control technology,by adjusting the pH value of the circulating slurry in the case of meeting the ultra-low emission target,it can achieve a significant reduction in slurry circulation volume under the same sulfur dioxide removal rate,thereby reducing the unit power consumption of induced draft fan and slurry circulation pump.Compared with the existing technology,after the pH control system begin to operate,it can generally reduce the total power consumption of the desulfurization system by 1/6 to 1/4,thereby significantly reducing the power consumption rate of coal-fired generating units.pH control system has better economic benefits and application value.
