摘要
为解决居民小区日益增长的电采暖需求同落后的配电变压器(简称配变)之间的矛盾,提出了小区级灵活分布式可调控(FDR)供暖系统的概念,充分利用配变冗余容量,实现精准供暖。通过对该系统建模,研究配变约束下系统投运成本最低的边界条件。对北方某居民小区进行案例分析,结果表明:FDR供暖系统可充分利用现有配变容量;寒冷天气下配变容量可能不足以支撑该系统运行;更灵活的分时电价有利于降低运营成本;需量电价将影响FDR供暖系统的设备选型及投运费用。
In order to solve the contradiction between the increasing demand for electric heating and the backward distribution transformer in residential areas,the concept of flexible distributed regulatable(FDR)heating system at the district level is proposed,which makes full use of the redundant capacity of the distribution transformer to achieve accurate heating.By modeling the system,the boundary conditions of the lowest commissioning cost of the system under the distribution constraints are studied.A case study of a residential district in North China shows that FDR heating system can make full use of the existing transformer capacity.Transformer capacity may not be enough to support the operation of the system in cold weather.More flexible TOU price is conducive to reducing operating costs.Demand price can affect the equipment selection and operation costs of FDR heating system.
