摘要
火电厂废水零排放势在必行,其主要难点之一为石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺的废水处置。为得出脱硫废水的合理排放量,以典型350 MW燃煤机组为例,从进入和排出脱硫系统的氯离子(Cl–)量入手,以脱硫吸收塔浆液Cl–平衡浓度控制为基准,对入炉煤、脱硫工艺水、脱硫石膏排出、脱硫废水排出等进行了Cl–物料平衡计算。在此基础上分析了脱硫系统深度优化和烟气深度治理等工程对脱硫系统水平衡的影响。
The trend of zero wastewater discharge policy is inevitable for coal-fired plants despite the major technical difficulty in the discharge of wet limestone-gypsum FGD wastewater.To obtain reasonable discharge amount of FGD wastewater,the author took the example of a 350 MW coal-fired unit in the case studies with the source and discharge of chloride ion amount as the starting point.Then benchmarked on the chloride ion balance concentration in the absorber slurry,the material balance of chloride ion from coal input,FGD process water,gypsum output,wastewater discharge,etc.were calculated.On this basis,the effects of the engineering projects on FGD water were explored such as in-depth optimization of desulfurization system and in-depth flue gas treatment,which will provide substantial data support for the feasibility research of zero discharge projects for terminal wastewater treatment.
