摘要 煤炭是我国重要的能源物质,在工业发展过程中具有重要的作用。随着煤矿生产自动化水平的提高,液压支架控制系统在煤矿生产中得到了广泛的应用,在提高煤矿开采效率的同时,增加了煤矿生产的安全性。本文以stm32单片机为控制核心,设计液压支架控制器,实现对液压支架的在线监测,设计相关的远程通讯电路和数据存储电路,实时反映井下综合开采面上所有的液压支架的工作状态,利用Keil软件编写stm32程序,介绍主程序和CAN总线发送数据的具体流程。 Coal is an important energy source in China and plays an important role in the industrial development process.With the improvement of the automation level of coal mine production,the hydraulic support control system has been widely used in coal mine production,which increases the safety of coal mine production while increasing the efficiency of coal mine production.In this paper,the stm32 single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core,and the hydraulic support controller is designed to realize the online monitoring of the hydraulic support.The related remote communication circuit and data storage circuit are designed to reflect the working status of all the hydraulic supports on the underground mining surface in real time.The software writes the stm32 program,and introduces the specific process of sending data by the main program and CAN bus.
