摘要
目的为患有冠心病合并心绞痛的患者实施益气通脉汤和西药联合应用的治疗效果进行观察。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月在该院接受冠心病合并心绞痛治疗的患者,共100例,按照奇偶法将样本均分为两组,联合组和西药组,西药组实施西药进行治疗,联合组以西药组为基础实施益气通脉汤,比较两组患者的临床疗效、用药前后的发病频率和时间以及血液指标情况。结果用药前两组患者的发作频率(7.26±2.09)次/周和时间(23.53±9.99)min/次数据相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组患者的病症的发作频率(1.38±0.39)次/周和发作时间(2.42±1.07)min/次明显少于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者的治疗总有效率(98.00%)明显高于西药组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.111,P=0.008);联合组患者在用药后的血液粘度、高切全血粘度以及低切全血度情况均明显好于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为患有冠心病合并心绞痛的患者实施益气通脉汤与西药联合进行治疗的效果较为显著,不仅可以改善患者的血液指标,还可以减少患者发作频率和发作时间,促进患者的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction combined with western medicine for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Sample source:From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 100 patients received coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital.The samples were divided into two groups according to the parity method,the combined group and the Western medicine group.Western medicine treatment is used,and the Yiqi Tongmai Decoction is implemented on the basis of the western medicine group in the combined group,and the clinical efficacy,frequency and time of complications before and after medication,and blood indexes of the two groups are compared.Results The frequency of seizures(7.26±2.09)times/week and time(23.53±9.99)min/times of the two groups of patients before medication were similar,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the frequency of seizures of the patients in the combined group(1.38±0.39)times/week and seizure time(2.42±1.07)min/time were significantly less than the Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group(82.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.111,P=0.008);the blood viscosity,high-cut whole blood viscosity and low-cut whole blood level of the patients in the combined group were significantly better than those in the Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the combination of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction and Western medicine is more effective.It can not only improve the patient's blood index,but also reduce the patient's attack frequency and time,and promote the clinical efficacy of the patient.It is worth promoting and applying.
