摘要
目的:探讨益气活血通脉汤联合西医常规治疗用于冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月沧州市人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者82例作为研究对象,采用系统抽样法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组患者在西医常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血通脉汤。观察两组患者的心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛发作次数明显少于对照组,持续时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为92.68%(38/41),明显高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通脉汤联合西医常规治疗用于冠心病心绞痛的疗效显著,可改善临床症状。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease angina. METHODS: 82 patients with coronary heart disease angina admitted into Cangzhou People’s Hospital from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2018 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the systematic sample method, with 41 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment with western medicine, while the observation group received Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine. The frequency, duration and clinical efficacy of angina attack in two groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the number of angina in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the duration was significantly shorter than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 92.68%(38/41), significantly higher than(75.61%, 31/41) of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease angina is remarkable, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
