摘要
目的探讨自拟温阳通痹汤联合尼可地尔对寒凝心脉型胸痹的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在大连市友谊医院老年病科经中医辨证分型为寒凝心脉型胸痹患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规西医治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟温阳通痹汤联合尼可地尔治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组患者临床总有效率92.5%,对照组临床总有效率为80.0%,试验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对寒凝心脉型胸痹患者采取自拟温阳通痹汤联合尼可地尔治疗,可以有效提高临床有效率,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of self-made Wenyang Tongbi decoction combined with nicorandil in the treatment of chest discomfort of cold coagulation heart vessel type.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,in geriatrics department of Dalian Friendship Hospital,80 cases of chest discomfort of cold coagulation heart vessel type patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group of 40 cases was given Wenyang Tongbi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effectiveness was compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.The experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Wenyang Tongbi decoction combined with nicorandil can effectively improve the clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients.
