摘要
胸痹是临床多发性疾病,属本虚标实之患,半夏泻心汤治疗该病疗效称奇。然'脾虚不运,饮热互结'当是该病的重要病机之一,却未有详尽之谈;而半夏泻心汤主治亦非'寒热错杂',当属'饮热互结'之证。故而,从'饮热互结'之病证特点出发,探讨半夏泻心汤治疗胸痹的机理所在。
Chest discomfort is a clinical multiple disease,which belongs to the disease of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The curative effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on this disease is amazing.However,'spleen deficiency and heat and drink together'should be one of the important pathogenesis of the disease,but there is no detailed discussion;and Banxia Xiexin decoction is not a'intermingled cold and heat'syndrome,which should be'intermingled fluid retention and heat'theory.Therefore,the mechanism of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chest discomfort is discussed based on the characteristics of the disease and syndrome of'intermingled fluid retention and heat'.
