摘要
目的研究分析替格瑞洛在不稳定型心绞痛经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者中的应用疗效。方法该课题2018年8月—2019年8月以96例不稳定型心绞痛患者为观察对象,入该院实施经皮冠状动脉介入术。按照随机双盲法分成两组,其中常规组48例服用氯吡格雷,研究组48例服用替格瑞洛。观察两组出血率、不良心血管事件、白细胞计数、血小板计数、舒张压、收缩压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白。结果研究组与常规组出血率(6.25%vs 8.33%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良心血管事件4.17%少于常规组14.58%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.257,P<0.05);研究组治疗后血小板计数、白细胞计数、舒张压、收缩压均低于常规组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白低于常规组治疗后,而高密度脂蛋白高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于氯吡格雷而言,替格瑞洛能够更好的预防不良心血管事件,减低出血风险,同时对其生理指标也予以了进一步优化,这对于保障手术顺利,具有重大意义。
Objective To study the efficacy of ticagrelor in patients with unstable angina pectoris percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods In this study,96 patients with unstable angina pectoris were observed.All patients were admitted to the hospital for percutaneous coronary intervention from August 2018 to August 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random double-blind method.Among them,48 patients in the routine group received clopidogrel,and 48 patients in the study group took ticagrelor.The two groups were observed for bleeding rate,adverse cardiovascular events,white blood cell count,platelet count,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,triglycerides,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein.Results The bleeding rate(6.25%vs 8.33%)between the study group and the routine group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the adverse cardiovascular events of the study group were 4.17%less than the routine group 14.58%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.257,P<0.05);after treatment,platelet count,white blood cell count,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the routine group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the study group after treatment,triglycerides,total cholesterol,and low density lipoprotein was lower than the routine group after treatment,while the high density lipoprotein was higher than the group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with clopidogrel,ticagrelor can better prevent adverse cardiovascular events,reduce the risk of bleeding,and further optimize its physiological parameters,which is of great significance to ensure the smooth operation.
