摘要
目的:分析冠心病合并心绞痛运用益气通脉汤治疗的效果。方法:收治冠心病合并心绞痛患者80例,随机平分两组。试验组采用益气通脉汤治疗,常规组则采用西药治疗,比较两组治疗有效率以及血流动力学情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于常规组;血流动力学的情况比较,试验组优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病合并心绞痛运用益气通脉汤治疗取得良好的效果。
Objective：To analyze the effect of Yiqi Tongmai decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris.Methods：80 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Tongmai decoction,and the routine group was treated with Western medicine.The treatment efficiency and hemodynamics were compared between groups.Results：The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group;compared with the hemodynamics,the experimental group was better than the routine group;the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of Yiqi Tongmai decoction in coronary heart disease complicated with angina pectoris has achieved good results.
