摘要
涉农高职大学生是参加农业建设、推动农业生产现代化的重要主体。在乡村振兴战略和农业现代化背景下,涉农高职大学生应通过返乡就业创业等多种形式助力农业现代化建设,为农业发展贡献积极力量。分析了涉农高职大学生返乡就业创业对农业现代化的积极作用、影响涉农高职大学生返乡就业创业的不利因素,最后提出了促进涉农高职大学生返乡创业就业的实施建议及实施途径。
Agriculture-related higher vocational college students have been the mainstay in the construction of agriculture and promotion of agricultural modernization development.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy and agricultural modernization construction,agriculture-related higher vocational college students should make magnificent contribution to the agricultural modernization development and agricultural development through diversified ways including returning home and starting own business.We analyzed the positive role of agriculture-related higher vocational college students returned home and started their own business in agricultural modernization,as well as the negative factors affecting the employment and entrepreneurship of agriculture-related higher vocational college students.Finally,we put forward the implementation proposals and approaches for promoting the agriculture-related higher vocational college students returned home and started their own business.
