摘要乡村振兴战略的实施,为我国农村经济与社会的发展迎来了新的契机。乡村振兴,人才是关键。响应国家号召,对自己家乡饱含深情,适逢农村社会大发展的历史机遇,广大农村大学生走上返乡创业之路。但现实的农村文化环境却不尽如人意,由于受到城市文化的涵化,城市文化中心主义的影响,乡村文化认同弱化,以及农村旧的文化流弊依然存在,都给农村大学生返乡创业带来了思想阻碍,农村大学生返乡创业流于形式,并无实质性的推进。只有洞悉农村大学生的发展诉求,打造有吸引力的农村新兴产业,营造富有魅力的农村生活环境,培育有归属感的农村文化情感,不断优化农村文化环境,提升乡村文化认同,才能够真正地让农村大学生返乡创业不再仅仅是一句口号,让农村各行各业大量出现大学生创业的身影,乡村振兴战略才能够更好地实现。 The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy has ushered in a new opportunity for the development of rural economy and society in China. Talent is the key to the revitalization of the country. In response to the call of the state and full of affection for the hometown, it coincides with the historical opportunity for the great development of rural society. But the actual rural cultural environment is not satisfactory, because of the calculation of the city culture, the influence of the urban culture centralism, the weakening of the rural cultural identity and the old cultural malpractices in the countryside, which have brought the ideological hindrance to the return of the rural college students. No substantial advance. Only by thoroughly understanding the demands of the development of the rural college students, creating attractive rural new industries, creating an attractive rural living environment, cultivating a sense of belonging to the rural culture, constantly optimizing the rural cultural environment and promoting the cultural identity of the countryside, can it overwhelm a slogan that really helps the rural college students return home to start their own business, so that the countryside all walks of life have a large number of College Students’ entrepreneurship, and the strategy of Rural Revitalization can be better realized.
