摘要
本文通过对安徽省的一些高职院校进行调研,了解学生选择去(回)农村的意愿、不愿去(回)农村的原因,以及了解农村吸引不了人才、留不住人才的原因,在调研分析的基础上提出农村吸引人才的策略,希望能为有关部门的决策提供一定的参考。
This article through to some of the higher vocational colleges in anhui province for research,understand a student choose to(back)in the countryside will,don’t want to go(back)in rural areas,and to understand the rural can’t attract talents and keep talents,on the basis of the research analysis to put forward the strategies of the rural talent,hope to provide some reference for the relevant departments of decisions.
