摘要
目的:观察四妙勇安汤合桃红四物汤加减对下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的治疗效果。方法:将2014年5月~2019年5月收治的60例下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者以随机数字表分为两组,每组30例。常规组予以常规西药抗血栓形成+派拉西林钠舒巴坦抗感染治疗;研究组在常规组的基础上予以四妙勇安汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗;比较2组治疗效.果,对比2组治疗前后的炎症指标变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:2组临床疗效分布对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后2组的血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均下降(P<0.05),研究组的水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况相近(P>0.05)。结论:在下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者应用四妙勇安汤合桃红四物汤加减配合常规西药治疗,有利于提高治疗效果,减轻炎症反应,且安全可靠。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Simiao Yong’an Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction on superficial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs.Methods:60 patients with superficial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs from May 2014 to May 2019 were divided into two groups by the random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The conventional group received conventional western medicine anti-thrombotic+piperacillin sodium sulbactam anti-infection treatment.The research group was treated with Simiao Yong’an Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the routine group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy distribution between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy distribution comparison difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of Interleukin-1(IL-1),Interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) in the two groups were all decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the study group were all lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was similar in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Simiao Yong’an Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce inflammation,and is safe and reliable.
