摘要
目的观察四神针联合传统针在治疗月经病气郁证中的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年2月在中心门诊接受治疗的有典型症状的月经病气郁证(或含有气郁证的复合证型)的大学生患者44例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各22例。两组均采用传统针中医辨证疗法及针灸补泻手法,治疗组在此基础上加用四神针疗法,7次为1个疗程,均治疗1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后症状体征积分、疗效指数以及治疗有效率。结果治疗后两组平均积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,治疗组平均疗效指数为(68.32±4.15)%,高于对照组的(35.89±8.09)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的86.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四神针联合传统针在治疗月经病气郁证的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者症状体征,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined acupuncture at the Sishen points combined with traditional points in the treatment of the energy stagnant of emmeniopathy.Methods 44 college students with typical symptoms of menstrual qi depression syndrome(or compound syndrome type containing qi depression syndrome)with typical symptoms were selected in the outpatient clinic from March 2017 to February 2019 in our center,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 22 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with traditional acupuncture syndrome differentiation and acupuncture and moxibustion.The treatment group were added Sishen acupuncture therapy on this basis,7 times for 1 course,and both groups were treated for 1 course.The scores of symptoms and signs,curative effect index and treatment effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the average score of both groups was lower than before treatment,the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average efficacy index of the treatment group was(68.32±4.15)%,higher than that of the control group(35.89±8.09)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 100.0%,higher than that in the control group,86.4%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined acupuncture at the Sishen points combined with traditional points in the treatment of the energy stagnant of emmeniopathy has definite clinical efficacy,can effectively improve the patient's symptoms and signs,and is worthy of popularization and application.
