摘要
目的观察分析牵引下运用手法整复结合筋针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的临床效果.方法选择2019年1月—2019年12月收治的39例神经根型颈椎病患者,在牵引状态下实施手法整复并结合筋针疗法治疗,观察患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(the neck disability index,NDI)及临床效果并进行评价.结果治疗后患者VAS评分、NDI较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗愈显率为92.31%.结论牵引下整复结合筋针治疗神经根型颈椎病在改善疼痛和功能障碍方面具有优势,且临床效果较好,值得推广.
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of traction reduction combined with tendon acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods 39 patients with CSR treated in our department during January 2019 and December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were treated with manual adjustment combined with acupuncture therapy in traction state.The visual analogue score of pain(visual analogue score,VAS)and cervical vertebra function were observed before and after treatment,dysfunction index(the neck disability index,NDI)and clinical effects were evaluated.Results The VAS score and NDI of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the recovery rate was 92.31%.Conclusion The traction reduction combined with tendon acupuncture in the treatment of CSR has advantages in improving pain and dysfunction,and the clinical effect is good,which is worth popularizing.
