摘要
对国内外镀锡板硬度试验的标准进行了对比分析。结果表明:在试验标尺的选择、压头类型的选择、表面锡层及表面的处理方面,各国标准存在一定差异。无论是镀锡板的生产方还是使用方,均应注意标准的识别,使供需双方在进行镀锡板硬度试验时执行的标准统一。
The hardness test standards of tinplate at home and abroad were compared and analyzed.The results show that there were some differences in the selection of test scale,indenter type,surface tin layer and surface roughness.Both the manufacturer and the user of tinplate shall pay attention to the identification of standards,so as to unify the standards implemented by both the supplier and the demander in the hardness test of tinplate.
