摘要
研究了镀锡钢板在镀锡状态下和去除镀锡层后的硬度变化情况。应用统计方法对实验数据进行了分析,结果发现。镀锡状态下的硬度X_1与去除锡层后的硬度Y_1之间存在如下关系:Y_1=1.774十0.997X_i。分析了产生这种现象的原因,认为主要与使用的试台有关。
Rockwell superficial hardness of the electrolytic tinplate was measured under as-tinned and de-tinned coating conditions, respectively. Statistic analysis of the results showed that the hardness of as-tinned X and de-tinned Y1, has the relationship:y1 = l. 774-0.997X1, Finally, the effect of the diamond spot anvil on the hardness test is discussed.
