摘要
论文介绍了在生产某型杀伤爆破榴弹过程中,某弹厂对弹体毛坯进行进厂验收时,发现机械性能与硬度值反常,弹体毛坯过烧,通过分析弹体毛坯过烧的原因,提出了三条改进措施,降低了弹体毛坯制造废品率。
In this paper,the abnormal mechanical properties and hardness values and the over-burning of projectile blank are found when a projectile factory accepts a certain type of killing explosive grenade.It is found that the mechanical properties and hardness values are abnormal.The reasons for the over-burning of projectile blank are analyzed,and three improvement measures are put forward to reduce the waste rate of projectile blank manufacturing.
