新型筒仓刚性滑模平台模块化设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 大直径筒仓滑模施工时,由于仓顶荷载大,仓顶结构施工需分多次浇筑,滑模平台需搭设临时竖向中心架及设置斜拉撑提高其承载能力,为解决此类措施成本高、工期长等问题,提出了一种新型模块化刚性滑模平台,该平台体系形式简单、传力路径明确,既摆脱了竖向中心架搭拆,又解决了传统刚性滑模平台通用性低造成的平台闲置问题,可缩短工期,节约成本。利用有限元软件SAP2000与ABAQUS分别对不同直径刚性滑模平台进行整体与最不利拼接节点承载能力进行验算,结果表明模块化刚性滑模平台满足承载能力要求。 During the construction of large-diameter silo sliding form,due to the large load on the silo top,the silo roof structure needs to be poured several times.The slid formwork platform needs to be set up with a temporary vertical center frame and diagonal stays to improve its carrying capacity.To solve the problems caused by such measures,such as high cost and long construction period,we propose a new modular rigid sliding mode platform.The platform system is simple and the force transmission path is clear,so the vertical center frame is cancelled,and the low rigidity of the traditional rigid sliding mode platform causes the platform to be idle,which shortens the construction period and saves costs.The finite element software SAP2000 and ABAQUS are used to check the bearing capacity of the whole and the most unfavorable splicing nodes of different diameter rigid sliding mode platforms.The results show that the modular rigid sliding mode platform meets the bearing capacity requirements.
