大直径筒仓仓顶钢桁架施工支撑平台设计 被引量:15

摘要 利用3D3S钢结构设计软件对大直径筒仓仓顶钢桁架施工支撑平台进行研究。首先分析了4种不同截面的钢桁架梁在受力和约束等相同的条件下的受力性能,在钢桁架各杆件强度满足设计规范要求的前提下,主要对比分析了4种不同截面钢桁架的刚度(即最大挠度)和总用钢量,确定了较合理的钢桁架截面形式。进一步对比分析了平面钢桁架方案与空间钢桁架方案的整体用钢量和刚度,在满足设计要求的强度和刚度的前提下,发现空间钢桁架方案比平面钢桁架方案节省34.1%~96.7%的用钢量,所以选择空间钢桁架作为承重体系更加经济合理。最后,给出设计建议。 The design of steel truss support platform for the construction of a large diameter silo was studied by steel structure software 3D3S. First, analysis of the four different sections of steel truss was presented under the same mechanical properties such as the same constraints, the same force conditions and the strength of steel truss rod to meet the requirements of the design specifications. The main comparative analysis of steel truss stiffness (namely the maximum deflection) and the total steel quantity of four different sections was also presented, and the most reasonable type of steel truss section was confirmed. Further comparative analysis of plane steel truss and space steel truss was done for overall stiffness and the total steel quantity. Under the premise of the design requirements of strength and stiffness, the amount of savings in steel of the space steel truss solution was in the range of 34.1%~96.7%, as compared with the flat steel truss solution, so the space steel truss as a load-bearing steel truss system was more economical and reasonable. Finally, design recommendations were presented.
