摘要
为达到机电安装工程建设项目成本最低化的目标,以国家速滑馆机电安装工程为例,首先论述机电安装成本控制的基本原则,即成本控制的理论基础,主要包括四点:全员参与原则;开源与节流相结合的原则;责、权、利相结合的原则;节约原则。其次从案例本身所涉及的人工、材料及机械三个方面对国家速滑馆机电安装工程成本控制中存在的主要问题进行阐述,然后根据这三方面表现出的问题,探讨机电安装工程成本控制难度较大的原因;最后根据国家速滑馆机电安装工程在成本控制方面存在的问题,有针对性的提出改进策略,主要包括优化人员管理方式、加强材料的监督管理以及提升机械设备成本管控等手段。
In order to minimize the cost of electromechanical installation engineering construction projects, taking the electromechanical installation engineering of the National Speed Skating Oval as an example, firstly, the basic principles of electromechanical installation cost control is discussed, which is also the theoretical basis for cost control, mainly including: the principles of full participation, increasing income while reducing expenditure, combining responsibility, power and benefit, and the principle of economy. Secondly, from the three aspects of labor, materials and machinery involved in the case, the main problems in the cost control of the electromechanical installation project of the National Speed Skating Oval are described, and then according to the problems shown in these three aspects, the reasons for the cost control difficulty of electromechanical installation project are discussed. Finally, targeted improvement strategies are proposed, including optimizing personnel management, strengthening the supervision and management of materials, and enhancing the cost control of mechanical equipment.
