摘要
[目的/意义]为了探索突发事件中用户期望确认与体验效用对信息持续分享意愿的影响机制,对网络空间中不同类型用户进行甄辨和分类,实现危机信息行为的差异化监控与治理,并从用户期望确认与体验效用视角强化事件正面信息的传播效果。[方法/过程]以期望确认、心流体验及效用感知为自变量,持续分享意愿为因变量,内隐认知与路径依赖为中介变量构建研究理论模型,通过问卷调查法对相关数据进行采集,采用结构方程模型方法,并借助AMOS22.0统计软件对数据进行处理和分析。[结果/结论]其研究发现:突发事件中,期望确认、心流体验及效用感知分别通过内隐认知及路径依赖的中介作用,对危机信息持续分享意愿产生显著正向影响;心流体验对持续分享意愿的影响效应最大,其次为期望确认,最后为效用感知;以期望确认、心流体验及效用感知对持续分享意愿的影响效应,在人口统计学上存在组间及组内显著性差异。最后,对研究结果进行了分析和讨论。
[Purpose/Significance]The paper aims to explore the influence mechanism of continuous intention of sharing information in emergency events,recognize and classify network user,monitor and govern crisis information,and enhance the intention of sharing positive information from the perspective of flow experience and utility perception.[Method/Process]With expectation confirmation,flow experience and utility perception as independent variables,continuous sharing intention as dependent variable,implicit cognition and path dependence as mediating variables,the paper constructed influence mechanism model of effect of expectation and perception on continuous sharing intention of crisis information.And the sample data was obtained through questionnaire survey.The data was analyzed using research methods SEM,and were processed through AMOS22.0.[Result/Conclusion]And it concluded that expectation confirmation,flow experience and utility perception have significant positive effect on continuous sharing intention through mediating variables implicit cognition and path dependence.Among these,the effect of flow experience is with the most intensity,expectation confirmation more intensity,and the last is utility perception.Besides,there is differential effect of expectation and perception on continuous sharing intention between-and in-gender,age and education.And finally,the paper analyzed and discussed the research results,and indicated the theoretical and practical implication of the research conclusion.
