摘要
为贯彻落实党的二十大精神和国家关于安全红线的要求,推动高质量发展和高水平安全良性互动。本研究试图探讨“敬畏”对产业工人安全意识和操作规范意识的影响。研究首先对山西省和河北省152名产业工人进行特质积极情绪中的敬畏分量表(DPES)、安全意识问卷、操作规范意识问卷进行分析。结果显示:特质敬畏正向预测操作规范意识;安全意识在特质敬畏与操作规范意识之间起部分中介作用;特质敬畏可以通过安全意识影响工人的操作规范意识。其次,将77名产业工人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组41名被试,对照组36名被试。实验组使用敬畏情绪视频材料诱发被试的敬畏情绪,对照组使用中性情绪视频材料。分别在实验处理后比较两组被试的状态敬畏、安全意识、操作规范意识。结果:实验组的被试安全意识显著高于对照组的被试,实验组的操作规范意识显著高于对照组的被试。结论:状态敬畏可以提高工人的安全意识和操作规范意识。
In order to embody the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party and fulfill the state's requirements for safeguarding security red lines,high-level security and highquality development are being promoted.This study endeavors to investigate the influence of awe on workers'perception of safety and operational standard.Firstly,a survey was conducted among 152 manufacturing workers in Shanxi and Hebei Province,utilizing the awe subscale(DPES)of trait positive emotions,a safety awareness questionnaire,and an operational standard awareness questionnaire.The findings revealed that trait awe positively predicts operational standard consciousness,and safety awareness serves as a partial mediator between trait awe and operational standard awareness.Therefore,it was concluded that trait awe impacts workers'sense of operating standard through their safety consciousness.Secondly,77 industrial workers were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group,with 41 subjects in the former and 36 in the latter.The experimental group was exposed to the awe emotional video material,while the control group was presented with neutral emotional video content.After the experimental intervention,a comparison was made between the two groups in terms of their state awe,safety consciousness,and operational standard consciousness.The results indicated that the experimental group exhibited significantly higher levels of safety consciousness and operational standard consciousness compared to the control group.Consequently,it was concluded that state awe can enhance workers'safety consciousness and operational standard consciousness.
