摘要
目的讨论金水相生方联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)性激素水平及胰岛素抵抗(IR)情况的疗效分析。方法将82例PCOS患者随机分为治疗组(金水相生方联合二甲双胍缓释片)和对照组(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片)各41例,比较两组的临床症状及月经恢复情况,两组治疗前后性激素水平:促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌激素(E2)、空腹稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA—IR)的变化情况。结果在组间与组内比较,治疗组FSH、LH、T及HOMA—IR较治疗前显著降低,而E2较前升高明显(P<0.05)。结论金水相生中药方和二甲双胍缓释片联用能更有效地降低LH、FSH、T、HOMA—IR,提升E2水平,纠正PCOS性激素代谢紊乱,显著改善PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗相关指标,但仍需大量临床随机对照研究的进一步证实。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of Jinshui Xiangsheng Recipe combined with Metformin Sustained-Release Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with sex hormone levels and insulin resistance(IR).Methods Eighty-two patients with PCOS were randomized into a treatment group(Jinshui Xiangsheng Recipe combined with Metformin Sustained-Release Tablets)and a control group(Ethinyl Estradiol Cyproterone Tablets),respectively.The clinical symptoms and menstrual recovery were compared between the two groups.Changes in luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),estrogen(E2)and fasting homeostasis model insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)were compared.Results FSH,LH,T and HOMA-IR in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,while E2 was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jinshui Xiangsheng Recipe and Metformin Sustained-Release Tablets can effectively reduce levels of LH,FSH,T and HOMA-IR,improve E2 level,correct PCOS sex hormone metabolism disorder,and significantly improve insulin resistance related indicators in PCOS patients,but we still need further confirmation of a large number of clinical randomized controlled studies.
