摘要
目的:观察痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)采用加味芎归二陈汤联合通元针法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月就诊于盐城市中医院妇产科门诊的100例痰湿型PCOS患者,随机分为对照组(n=50,予以盐酸二甲双胍片+炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗)和观察组(n=50,在对照组基础上加用加味芎归二陈汤和通元针法治疗)。比较两组血清性激素水平、代谢指标、卵巢、月经情况。结果:治疗后观察组睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、腰臀比(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)均低于对照组,卵泡数目少于对照组,卵巢体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胰岛β细胞功能(HOMA-β)均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组月经周期正常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味芎归二陈汤联合通元针法治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的效果较好,可调节患者性激素和糖代谢,改善肥胖程度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Xionggui Erchen Decoction combined with Tongyuan acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm-damp.Method:A total of 100 patients polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm-damp admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic,Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=50,treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets+Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets)and observation group(n=50,treated with Jiawei Xionggui Erchen Decoction combined with Tongyuan acupuncture on the basis of control group).The serum sex hormone levels,metabolic indexes,ovary and menstruation situation were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)and body mass index(BMI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the number of ovarian follicle in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the ovarian volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,isletβcell function(HOMA-β)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups(P>0.05).The normal rate of menstrual cycle in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Xionggui Erchen Decoction combined with Tongyuan acupuncture has a good effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm-damp,which can regulate the sex hormone and glucose metabolism of patients and improve the degree of obesity.
