摘要
目的:通过对秦皇岛市某三甲医院职工定期体检结果的回顾性分析,了解常见病患病率及变化趋势,掌握医院职工患病率,以便及时采取相应预防措施。方法:收集该院2011年和2016年度医务人员的体检数据,将数据录入SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析,将性别、年龄段、工种进行差异性检验,对常见病的患病情况和变化趋势进行分析总结。结果:与饮食相关的代谢性疾病发病率最高。结论:增强健康体检意识;体检工作的安排实现科学性与个性化兼顾;加大职工体检的范围和频率,升级体检项目;对体检项目的相关数据进行细致分析,对高危人群的工种相应地调整,让每位医务人员都能在自己擅长的领域尽职尽责地工作,同时提高生活质量。
Objective:Through the retrospective analysis of the results of regular physical examination of employees in a tertiary hospital in Qinhuangdao,to understand the prevalence and change trend of common diseases,to master the prevalence of hospital employees,so as to take corresponding preventive measures in time.Methods:The physical examination data of medical staff in tertiary hospitals for five consecutive years were collected,and the data were recorded into SPSS 11.5 software for statistical analysis.The gender,age and work type were tested for differences,and the prevalence and change trend of common diseases were analyzed.Results:The incidence rate of metabolic diseases related to diet was the highest.Conclusion:To enhance the awareness of physical examination;to arrange physical examination scientifically and individualized;to conduct a regular physical examination,first of all,to fully understand their own physical condition;to increase the scope and frequency of physical examination of employees,to upgrade physical examination items;to conduct a detailed analysis of relevant data of physical examination items,to adjust the work types of high-risk groups,so that every medical staff can discharge their duty while improving the quality of life.
