摘要
医院工会是联系党组织与广大职工的纽带,承担着维护职工合法权益的职能。同时,医院工会通过社团建设、系列活动、劳模表彰、帮扶贫困等路径,调动职工积极性和主动性,推动医院文化建设。文章以戴明环为理论分析工具,从医院工会组织建设、制度完善、平台建设等方面,分析苏州大学附属第一医院工会工作实例,探讨工会在医院文化建设方面的作用。
Hospital union is the link between the party organization and the general workers, and bears the function of safe- guarding the legitimate rights and interests ofworkers. At the same time, the hospital unionthrough community construction, a se- ries of activities, recognition model workers, helping the poorand many morepaths, arouse the staff's enthusiasm and initiative, to promote the construction of hospital culture. In this paper, PDCAas the theoretical analysis tool, from the hospital union organiza- tion construction, the system perfect, the platform construction and so on, analyzes the first affiliated hospital of Soochow Universi- ty union work example, discusses the union in hospital culture construction aspect function.
