摘要
临床路径作为公立医院改革的核心内容,逐渐受到人们的重视。如何运用PDCA循环理论指导临床路径的制定、实施、监测以及如何通过该理论保障临床路径的持续性改进,而持续性改进是临床路径有效实施的关键。通过在实施临床路径、不断总结管理经验的两年来发现,临床路径的开发和实施需要以PDCA循环为理论基础和工作思路,采取持续改进的工作模式,才能令其发挥预期管理作用。
As the core content of public hospital reform,clinical pathway attract more attention of people.This article is discuss how to use PDCA circulation to guide the formulation,implementation and supervision of clinical pathway,and how to use it as the guarantee for the continual improvement of clinical pathway＇s implementation,which is the key way of effective implementation.This article is discussed in order to provide the basis of clinical pathway＇s scientific management and provide reference for applying clinical pathway widely in China.
