探讨了工会在深化改革背景下在医院文化建设中的优势与作为。介绍了卫生部北京医院工会在医院文化建设中的经验和做法。认为工会在医改背景下面临新的挑战,工会在医院文化发展中应发挥教育职能、组织职能、维护职能,同时发挥工会的资源优势,创造医院文化产品为职工提供文化服务。
The strength and role of labor union in hospital culture building under the environment of healthcare reform is discussed. The experiences and practices of labor union in hospital culture building in Beijing hospital, Ministry of Health are introduced. Under the circumstance of heahhcare reform, hospital labor union has faced new challenges. Hospital labor union should play its role on education, organization and maintenance functions. Furthermore, labor union is considered to use its resources strength to innovate hospital culture service.
