摘要
和谐医患关系是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,然而,当前医患关系紧张,给医院管理带来挑战。人文医院彰显医学人文本质,强调给予患者及医务人员人文关怀,促使双方采取积极行为从而加强医患之间的信任,缓解医患矛盾,为构建和谐医患关系提供借鉴。目前,人文医院建设还存在对人文管理缺乏认识、医务人员考核体系待完善、医患双方缺乏沟通等不足。人文医院建设离不开医院管理者的支持和重视,需要传承医院优秀文化,改善医务人员考核晋升体系,提高医务人员沟通技巧。
Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important component of constructing harmonious society. However, the doctor-patient relationship is tense and brings challenges to hospital management. The humanistic hospital highlights the humanistic nature of medicine, emphasizes providing humanistic care for patients and medical staff, encourages both parties to take positive actions to strengthen the trust between doctor and patient, eases doctor-patient conflicts, and gives reference for building harmonious doctor-patient relationship. At present, there are still deficiencies in the construction of humanistic hospital such as lack of understanding on humanistic management, the need of improving medical staff assessment system and the lack of communication between doctors and patients. Building humanistic hospital is inseparable from the support and attention from hospital administrators, and needs to inherit excellent hospital culture, improve the medical personnel assessment system and medical staff communication skill.
