摘要
针对通用车辆铁路平板定位难、精度不高的问题,设计了磁场检测的辅助定位系统。该系统以ATmega16单片机为核心控制器,由电磁传感器模块、滤波电路、单片机模块和人机交互模块构成,采用LC选频电路作为检测装置检测导线激发的电磁波,计算车辆偏离中心线的误差值,利用卡尔曼滤波算法软件滤波,基于Android的手机客户端显示传感器测量信息。结果表明,系统能够实时准确的处理检测信号,串口转WiFi模块传输数据快,将传感器阵列设置在距离地面5 cm的高度时,测量误差为0.5 cm,完全能够满足车辆上下铁路平板的定位精度要求。
This paper features a magnetic field detection-based auxiliary positioning system designed to address a more difficult positioning and a lower accuracy intrinsic in railway flat plates for general-purpose vehicle.This system using ATmega16 microcontroller as the core controller consists of an electromagnetic sensor module,a filter circuit,a single-chip microcomputer module,and a human-computer interaction module.And the system works by detecting the electromagnetic waves excited by the wires and calculating the error value of the vehicle off the centerline by employing LC frequency selective circuit as the detection device;overcoming the larger fluctuation of measurement data by implementing filtering using Kalman filtering algorithm software;and displaying sensor measurement information using the mobile phone client based on Android.The results show that the system proves sufficiently adequate for the positioning accuracy required for the rolling stock up and down the railway plate due to its ability to provide a real-time accurate process of the detected signals and a quicker transfer of the data from the serial port to the WIFI module and to achieve the measurement error of 0.5 cm when the sensor array is set at the height of 5 cm from the ground.
