摘要
现代医学模式已由纯生物学模式逐渐向生物-心理-社会模式转变,对医务人员及医学生提出了更高的要求,要求一切以患者为中心,将患者作为一个整体来进行治疗。近年来,医患关系逐渐紧张,医患纠纷的发生率逐年提升,因此需要康复治疗师在康复治疗过程中,与患者进行有效沟通,建立和谐的医患关系,从而取得患者的配合。对于医患沟通能力培养,学校应充分发挥主导作用,在课程设置及教学方法上不断创新,提升学生的沟通能力。
Modern medical model has gradually changed from pure biological model to biological psychological social model,which puts forward higher requirements for medical staff and medical students.Everything is pa⁃tient-centered and patients should be treated as a whole.In recent years,the relationship between doctors and pa⁃tients has become increasingly tense,and the incidence of disputes between doctors and patients has been increas⁃ing year by year.Therefore,it is necessary for rehabilitation therapists to communicate effectively with patients in the process of rehabilitation treatment,and establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,so as to obtain the cooperation of patients.For the cultivation of communication ability between doctors and patients,the school should play the leading role,innovate constantly in the curriculum and teaching methods,and im⁃prove the communication ability of students.
