贵州省《护理分级》卫生行业标准实施现状与存在问题分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Implementation Status and Existing Problems of Health Industry Standard of Nursing Classification in Guizhou Province

摘要 目的研究《护理分级》标准在贵州省二级以上医院的实施情况,探讨该标准在实施中存在的问题,为提高护理分级质量提供对策。方法采用方便抽样方法于2017年4—6月,用自行设计的问卷调查贵州省35家二级及以上医院的护士,了解护士是否知晓《护理分级》标准、知晓途径、培训效果、护理分级实施现状和实施中的问题等内容。结果回收有效问卷3131份,84%(2623/3131)的护士知晓该标准,77%(2415/3131)的护士知晓标准的内容,但仅7%(219/3131)的护士对各类患者相应护理级别全部判断正确,8%(260/3131)的护士认为护理分级和分级护理两者间无区别;9%(282/3131)的护士反馈医护判断护理级别存在不一致的情况,护理分级存在困难,14%(441/3131)的护士偶尔或从不按照标准开展临床实践工作,13%(407/3131)的护士反馈存在患者或家属不理解、不配合的情况。结论对医护人员开展有效培训、畅通医护沟通渠道、加强患者和家属教育是进行正确护理分级和有效落实分级护理的保障。 Objective To study the implementation of Nursing Classification standard in hospitals above grade two in Guizhou province,to explore the problems existing in the implementation of the standard,and to provide countermeasures for improving the quality of nursing classification.Methods From April to June 2017,convenient sampling method was adopted to investigate nurses in 35 secondary and above hospitals in Guizhou province with a self-designed questionnaire to understand whether nurses know the standard of Nursing Classification,the way of knowledge,training effect,implementation status and problems in the implementation of nursing classification.Results A total of 3131 valid questionnaires were collected,84%(2623/3131)nurses knew the standard,77%(2415/3131)nurses knew the content of the standard,but only 7%(219/3131)nurses correctly judged the corresponding nursing levels of all kinds of patients.8%(260/3131)thought there was no difference between nursing classification and grading nursing;9%(282/3131)of nurses reported that there was inconsistency in nursing grading judgment and difficulty in nursing classification,14%(441/3131)of nurses occasionally or never carried out clinical practice according to standards,and 13%(407/3131)of nurses reported that patients or their families did not understand or cooperate.Conclusion Effective training for medical staff,smooth communication channels for medical care and education for patients and their families are the guarantee of correct nursing classification and effective implementation of grading nursing.
