摘要
目的:观察线上教学联合视频实录的反思性教学模式对低年资护士护患沟通能力培养的教学效果,为有效提升护理人员的护患沟通能力开拓新型教学模式。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院低年资护士60人为研究对象,在护患沟通能力培训中对照组采取传统授课方式,研究组采取线上教学联合视频实录的反思性教学方式;运用《护患沟通能力测评量表》和《学员自我评价表》进行教学效果评价。结果:研究组护患沟通能力测评及学员自我评价的各方面维度得分与总分都明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:线上教学联合视频实录的反思性教学模式更有利于低年资护士护患沟通能力的培养,可在教学运行中推广运用。
Objective:To observe the teaching effect of the reflective teaching mode of online teaching combined with video recording on the cultivation of nurse-patient communication ability of junior nurses,and to explore a new teaching mode for effectively improving the nurse-patient communication ability of nursing staff.Method:60 young nurses from the People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.In the training of nurse patient communication skills,the control group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the research group adopted reflective teaching methods of online teaching combined with video recording;Use the"Nurse Patient Communication Ability Evaluation Scale"and the"Student Self evaluation Form"to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Result:The scores and total scores of various dimensions in the evaluation of nurse patient communication ability and self-evaluation of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:The reflective teaching model of online teaching combined with video recording is more conducive to the cultivation of nurse patient communication skills among young nurses,and can be promoted and applied in teaching operations.
