摘要
近年来,随着口腔医疗行业的不断发展,口腔治疗师作为新职业应运而生,它有着良好的发展前景和广阔的发展空间,行业需要大批实践型的口腔治疗师人才。本文通过文献研究和实地调查,分析口腔治疗师的内涵、工作范畴、岗位需求、专业现状及发展趋势,从课程体系、教学计划、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价五个方面对口腔医学技术专业教学体系改革进行初探。
In recent years,with the continuous development of the oral medicine industry,dental therapists,a new profession has come into being at the historic moment,which has a good prospect and broad space for development because the industry needs a large number of practical oral therapists.By conducting literature research and field investigation,it analyzes the connotation,work scope,job demand,professional status and development trend of dental therapists,and makes a preliminary exploration on the reform of the teaching system of oral medicine tech-nology specialty from five aspects,including curriculum system,teaching plan,teaching content,teaching method and teaching evaluation.
