摘要
随着我国快递行业的迅猛发展,快递超市也逐渐兴起。文章通过查阅大量的关于物流运输运营优化布局的文献资料,结合院校图书馆、数据库中的相关资源进行合理的总结归纳;根据实际调查Z快递超市的发展情况,明确不同快递超市实际的分布特征和发展过程中存在的不足之处;最后结合工业工程相关研究方法和高效的现代化信息技术,不断优化整个快递超市的工作流程,为消费者提供便捷的取件通道。
With the rapid development of China’s express industry,express supermarket is also gradually rising.Through consulting a large number of literature on the optimal layout of logistics transportation operation,combined with the relevant resources in the university library and database,this paper makes a reasonable summary.According to the actual investigation of the development of Z express supermarket,it clarifies the actual distribution characteristics of different express supermarkets and the shortcomings in the development process.Finally,combined with the relevant research methods of industrial engineering and efficient modern information technology,the workflow of express supermarket is continuously optimized to provide convenient delivery channel for consumers.
