摘要
首先分析了现有三种校园快递配送方式的现状,并对统一管理与独立管理两种配送模式的优劣进行了对比分析,指出了存在的问题,在此基础上结合两种配送模式及成功案例,提出了校园快递中心与学生住宿区商铺合作的混合管理模式,并分析了混合管理模式在降低仓储成本和分散配送压力方面的优势。最后对混合管理模式下的校园快递配送服务体系建设的五个关键要素进行了分析,提出了构建该服务体系的对策。
In this paper, first we analyzed the status quo of three existing campus express delivery methods, compared two distribution patterns （unified management and independent management）and pointed out their weaknesses. Combining the two distribution patterns with successful cases, then we proposed the mixed management mode of the campus express center cooperating with shops in the students accommodation area. On analyzing the advantages of the mixed management in terms of decreasing storage costs and relieving the distribution pressure, we finally analyzed the five factors in establishing this kind of service system and put forwards corresponding countermeasures.
