摘要
针对长三角地区"双创"投资机构和"双创"平台,以地级市为基本统计单元,进行了地理空间分布规律的研究。结果发现:①长三角地区两类"双创"机构分布较为集中,主要是布局在区域核心城市及其周边地区,并且以"上海—杭州"为核心形成了创新连绵区。②"双创"投资机构相对于"双创"平台而言,分布更加集中,体现了市场选择和政府推动两种运行机制在"双创"机构空间分布影响上的差异性。③两类"双创"机构的空间分布特征与经济发展水平最为密切相关。基于上述分析结果,研究认为长三角地区的"双创"发展需要进一步加强相关基础性影响要素的优化布局,并从差异化发展途径提升整体发展水平。
Taking prefecture-level city as the basic statistical unit,this study examined the spatial distribution and impact factors of"business startups and innovation"investment institutions and platforms in the Yangtze River Delta region.The study found that:(1)The two types of"business startups and innovation"institutions in the Yangtze River Delta region were relatively concentrated,mainly located in the regional core cities and their surrounding areas.The area centered by"Shanghai-Hangzhou"corridor has formed a zone of innovation highland.(2)Comparing with the"business startups and innovation"platform,the"business startups and innovation"investment institution was more concentrated in the top cities.This phenomenon reflects that the different location mechanisms of innovative organizations between the market selection and the government policy-driven.(3)The spatial distribution characteristics of these two types of"business startups and innovation"institutions were both significantly associated with the level of urban economic development.(4)Based on the above results,this study concluded that the"business startups and innovation"development in the Yangtze River Delta Region needs to further optimize of its spatial layout of innovative capacities based on corresponding influence factors.A development strategy of regional differentiation should be enhanced to improve the overall innovation development level.
