摘要
本文就我国历史上出现保健食品或保健意识的时间、历史渊源、相应的律令或制度管理等问题进行研究。通过分析与阐述,说明我国是最早食用保健食品的国家,有丰富的保健食品历史资源,并有相应的管理制度。这对于借鉴古代保健思想与管理,提升符合现代理念的保健食品的研发水平,并对其进行有效管理。
This paper studies the time,historical origin,corresponding laws and regulations or system management of health food or health consciousness in Chinese history.Through the analysis and elaboration,the results showed that China,with rich historical resources and corresponding management system,was the first country to start eating health food.It would be helpful to learn from the ancient health care ideas and management to improve the level of research and development,and to produce health food in line with the modern concept in the future.
