光照度对绿球藻生长和营养成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究不同光照度对绿球藻(Chlorococcum sp.)生长和营养成分的影响,分别设置光照度为0、1500、3000、4500、6000和7500 lux条件下培养绿球藻7 d,初始接种密度为5×10^6 cells/mL。结果显示:绿球藻在0 lux条件下无法生长,在1500和3000 lux条件下生长最快,细胞密度和生物量显著高于其它各组,最大生物量为0.47 g/L;叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均在3000 lux时达到最大值,与1500 lux组无显著差异,显著高于其它各组;绿球藻总脂含量在0 lux组有最大值,显著高于其他各组,碳水化合物含量在0 lux组有最小值,显著低于其他各组;随着光照度的增加,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)和单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量减小,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量增大。结果表明:绿球藻在光照度为3000 lux时,可获得较高的细胞密度和生物量,同时色素、碳水化合物和PUFA含量也处于较高水平。 Chlorococcum sp.was cultured with different illuminance(0,1500,3000,4500,6000 and 7500 lux)for seven days to investigate the effects of illuminance on the growth and nutritional composition of Chlorococcum sp.,the initial inoculation density was 5×10^6 cells/mL.The results showed that Chlorococcum sp.could not grow at 0 lux,but grew fastest at 1500 lux and 3000 lux.The cell density and biomass of Chlorococcum sp.were significantly higher than those of other groups,The maximum biomass was 0.47 g/L.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid content reached the maximum at 3000 lux,which did not show significantly differ from group 1500 lux,but significantly higher than other groups.The total lipid content of Chlorococcum sp.in 0 lux group had the maximum value,significantly higher than other groups,and the carbohydrate content in 0 lux group was significantly lower than other groups.With the increase of light intensity,the content of saturated fatty acid(SFA)and monounsaturated fatty acid(MUFA)decreased,while the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)increased.The results showed that Chlorococcum sp.could obtain higher cell density and biomass at 3000 lux,and the contents of pigment,carbohydrate and PUFA were also in a higher level.
