摘要
针对控制措施选择和分类存在的主要问题,以传统白酒生产企业降低甲醇这一有害物质含量的控制措施为例,依据ISO 22000:2018标准的最新分类原则,对操作性前提方案(OPRP)和关键控制点(CCP)分类的逻辑顺序进行梳理,提出OPRP和CCP分类评估判定表,为食品生产企业更好建立ISO 22000食品安全管理体系提供参考。
For the main problems of control measures selection and classification,this paper setting the control measures used in the traditional liquor production enterprises to reduce harmful substance content of methanol as an example,makes a logical sequence of the operational prerequisite program(OPRP)and the critical control points(CCP)on the basis of the latest classification principle in ISO 22000:2018 standard,and proposes the OPRP and CCP classification evaluation decision table,which can provide suggestion for food production enterprises on establishing better ISO 22000 food safety management system.
