高职院校师德师风考评体系探究与实践——以苏州市职业大学为例 被引量:10

摘要 高职院校师德师风考评体系建设必须深入教学一线,根据师生的认知状况及学校发展的内在要求予以科学制定。苏州市职业大学基于对该校师生开展师德师风考评体系建设相关问题的问卷调查,从一手数据中查找分析当前学校教师师德师风考评中存在的难点和困惑,通过确定指标内容、负面清单、参数分值、计算机系统支持等,构建由正面清单和负面清单构成的、便于考核评价和宣传教育的师德师风考评体系。其中,正面清单由爱国守法、爱岗敬业、关爱学生、教书育人、为人师表、严谨治学、服务社会等7个一级指标和86个二级指标组成,负面清单从思想、政治、纪律、工作和生活作风等方面为教师规定了“底线”。 The construction of the evaluation system of teachers’ethics and conduct in higher vocational colleges should go deep into the frontline of teaching,and be scientifically formulated according to the cognitive status of teachers and students and the inherent requirements of college development.Based on the questionnaire survey on the problems related to the construction of the teachers and students of the evaluation system,Suzhou Vocational University found and analyzed the difficulties and confusions in the evaluation of teacher ethics and conduct from the data,and determined the content of indicators,negative checklists,parameter scores,computer system support,built a teachers’ethics and conduct evaluation system composed of a positive list and a negetive list that is convenient for evaluation,publicity and education.Among them,the positive list consists of seven first-level indicators,including patriotism and law-abiding,dedication to work,caring for students,teaching and educating people,being a model of virtue for others,rigorous scholarship,and serving the society,and eighty-six second-level indicators.The negative list sets the bottom line for teachers in seven aspects including ideological and political discipline,work and life style,etc..
