新时代背景下体育教师课程领导力内涵生成困境及提升路径 被引量:16

摘要 体育教师课程领导力建设对全面推进基础教育改革具有重要意义,体育教师课程领导力包括课程决策力、课程开发力、课程组织力和课程评价能力四个方面,是体育教师综合素质和专业能力的集中体现。面对当前课程主体定位偏差、课程领导意识不足、专业发展导向失准的困境,应从三个方面系统提升体育教师课程领导力:在政府层面,加强政策引导,强化课程领导理念,提供政策支持,优化课程领导模式;在学校层面,加强校长课程领导素养,提升教师课程领导自主权,加强支持环境建设,促进体育教师课程领导力有效生成;在教师层面,树立课程领导主体观念,强化课程领导主体意识,以课程领导为导向,促进自主专业发展。 Physical education teachers’curriculum leadership construction is of great significance to comprehensively promote the reform of basic education.Physical education teachers’curriculum leadership includes four aspects:curriculum decision-making ability,curriculum development ability,curriculum organization ability and curriculum evaluation ability,which is the concentrated embodiment of the comprehensive quality and professional ability of physical education teachers.In the face of the current curriculum subject positioning deviation,curriculum leadership consciousness is insufficient,and the professional development orientation is inaccurate,we should systematically improve the curriculum leadership of PE teachers from three aspects:at the government level,strengthen the policy guidance,strengthen the curriculum leadership concept;provide policy support and optimize the curriculum leadership model.At the school level,we should strengthen principals’quality of curriculum leadership and enhance teachers’autonomy of curriculum leadership.To strengthen the support for environmental construction and promote the effective generation of physical education teachers’curriculum leadership.At the level of teachers,the concept of curriculum leadership should be established and the consciousness of curriculum leadership should be strengthened,to promote independent professional development with curriculum leadership as the guidance.
