摘要
目的:探讨加味桃红四物汤联合针灸推拿治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年12月收治的74例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予针灸推拿治疗,观察组给予加味桃红四物汤联合针灸推拿治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、JOA指数(日本骨科协会评估治疗分数)以及生活质量。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为97.30%,高于对照组的78.30%(P<0.05);治疗前两组VAS评分、JOA指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组VAS评分均下降,JOA指数均提高,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组、JOA指数高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者生活质量评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味桃红四物汤联合针灸推拿治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症可显著提高临床疗效,缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:The purpose of this article is to explore the effect of Jiawei Taohong Siwu Tang combined with acupuncture and massage on lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:74 patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type selected from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Combined with acupuncture and massage therapy,the clinical efficacy,VAS score,JOA index and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.30%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score and JOA index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Both were significantly decreased,the JOA index was significantly increased,and the VAS score of the observation group decreased and the JOA index increased more significantly(P<0.05).There was no difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and massage for lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve pain,improve lumbar function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
