摘要
目的观察疏肝理气活血方治疗稳定型心绞痛气滞血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法120例稳定型心绞痛患者按完全随机原则分成治疗组、对照组各60例,治疗组运用疏肝理气活血方中药汤剂联合常规西药口服治疗,对照组予常规西药基础治疗,连续治疗4周,治疗前后行中医证候疗效评分、心绞痛疗效评分、硝酸甘油减停率、西雅图心绞痛量表积分(SAQ),分析两组患者治疗中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、硝酸甘油减停率及西雅图心绞痛积分量表(SAQ)的变化。结果治疗组中医证候疗效积分、心绞痛疗效积分、硝酸甘油减停率均较前降低(P<0.05),西雅图心绞痛积分量表各单项评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。结论运用疏肝理气活血方治疗气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛能明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,临床值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Liqi Huoxue Decoction on stable angina pectoris with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Liqi Huoxue Decoction orally,while the control group was treated with western medicine for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome efficacy score,angina curative effect score,nitroglycerin stopping rate and Seattle Angina Scale score(SAQ)were given.The curative effects of TCM syndromes,angina pectoris,the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal and the changes of Seattle Angina Integral Questionnaire(SAQ)in the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of TCM syndromes,angina pectoris and nitroglycerin in the treatment group were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of each item in the Seattle Angina Score Scale were significantly lower than those before(P<0.01).Conclusion Shugan Liqi Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
