摘要
分类考试招生已成为当前高职院校招生主渠道。在国家高职扩招百万背景下,分类考试招生又增加新元素,高职院校生源类型多样化、层次差异化更加凸显。在深入分析招生现状及不同类型生源特点基础上,提出科学选才育人模式,努力实现质量型扩招,办好有质量的教育。以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例,在分类考试招生考生职业适应性测试、入学前“预学期”教育、强化思政课育人实效及分类分层教学等方面开展实践探索,形成一套切实可行的模式。实现招生规模扩大、生源类型变化和人才培养模式之间的联动,保证人才质量能够满足经济社会发展需求,切实承担起院校人才培养的主体责任。
At present,classified examination enrollment has become the main channel of higher vocational college enrollment.Under the background of the National Higher Vocational enrollment expansion,new elements have been added to the classified examination enrollment,and the diversity of the types and levels of students in higher vocational colleges are more prominent.In the face of the complex situation,based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of examination and enrollment in Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics of different types of students,this paper puts forward a scientific talent selection and education mode,and strives to achieve quality-oriented enrollment expansion and run a good quality education.Taking Shanxi Railway Engineering Vocational and Technical College as an example,the authors have carried out practical exploration in the aspects of the vocational adaptability test of the candidates in the classified examination,the“pre semester”education before entering the school,strengthening the effectiveness of Ideological and Political education and the classified and layered teaching,forming a set of practical mode.Realize the linkage between the expansion of enrollment scale,the change of student source type and talent training mode,ensure that the quality of talents can meet the needs of economic and social development,and effectively assume the main responsibility of talent training in colleges and universities.
