普通高中与高职院校衔接的失范与路径——基于高技能人才培养的视角 被引量:6

Misconducts and Paths of the Connection between Ordinary High Schools and Vocational Colleges: From the Perspective of High-Skilled Personnel Cultivation

摘要 基于高技能人才培养的视角可以发现,普通高中与高职院校衔接的失范状态导致高职院校难以从普通高中招到合格的学生,也无法引导拥有技能潜在优势的学生选择职业教育,进而不能满足劳动力市场对高端技能人才的需求。为此,普通高中和高职院校双方必须协同合作,形成资源优势互补的合作框架,尤其是要通过职业技术课程的渗透或前置,选拔和培育优质的生源;同时也需要完善招考机制,将技术课程纳入高考选考科目,并进一步完善职业适应性测试,以有效促进高技能人才的可持续成长。 From the perspective of high-skilled personnel cultivation, it can be found that the atypical state of the connection between ordinary high schools and vocational colleges makes it difficult for vocational colleges to recruit qualified students from ordinary high schools, and it cannot guide students with potential advantages in skills to choose a career. Education cannot meet the labor market’s demand for high-skilled personnel. To this end, both sides of ordinary high schools and vocational colleges must work together to form a cooperation framework with complementary resource advantages, especially to select and cultivate high-quality students through preliminary vocational and technical courses. At the same time, the recruitment and examination mechanism needs to be improved, incorporating technical courses into the elective subjects of the college entrance examination, and further improving the vocational adaptability test to effectively promote the sustainable growth of highly-skilled talents.
