摘要
目的:利用数据挖掘技术探讨许华教授治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的用药规律,以求科学、准确地传承其学术经验。方法:收集许华教授门诊治疗小儿HSPN的病历以及处方,将病人四诊信息、诊断治疗录入中医传承辅助平台,利用关联规则、互信息法、复杂熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析小儿HSPN的症状规律以及处方用药和配伍规律。结果:对筛选出的183个处方进行分析,其中出现频次在20次以上的中药有甘草、赤芍、玉米须、防风、白茅根、牡丹皮等,进行新方分析后得到潜在新方6首。结论:许华教授治疗小儿HSPN用药从风热湿瘀方面着手,治以祛风除湿、调畅气机、凉血化瘀为主。
Objective:To analyze the medication regularity of Professor XU Hua in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(children)based on data mining.Methods:Cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis from Professor Xu Hua's outpatients were collected.Four diagnostic information,diagnosis and treatment records were included in the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.By using association rules,complex entropy clustering and other data mining methods,researchers analyzed the symptoms rules and compatibility rules of prescriptions.Results:183 prescriptions were analyzed.The frequently used herbs(frequency≥20)including Liquorice,Radix paeoniae rubra,Corn stigma,Parsnip,Rhizoma imperatae,Cortex Moutan,etc.6 new prescriptions were also be derived.Conclusion:For treating children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,professor XU Hua focused on wind,heat,dampness and stasis.Methods of Dispelling wind and removing dampness,adjusting activity of Qi,as well as cooling blood and removing stasis were mostly used.
